Our Wellbeing Gym Sessions, are aimed at individuals who may have experienced a stroke, life-changing event, those in need of rehabilitation and/or are coming to the gym for the first time.

Combining the ethos of Strong Women and Strong Girls, Stronger Together is my strength-based gym sessions for mothers and daughters to train together.

Join our Strong With Brydie Community

I want to ensure as many women get the support they need when it comes to strength training and building confidence. 


Strong Women: The Community is a free Facebook community group for women who lift weights, women who are looking to get started and/or to return, and for women who want to support and build up others.

There are challenges to join in with and support and advice on areas that I specialise in, including the menopause.


It is a space for women to lift and empower one another; together we work on becoming stronger, physically and mentally, feeling confident in and out of the gym and being a network of support to each other.
