Strong with Brydie: Finding what is best for you

Strong With Brydie Postnatal

As a mum of three myself, I absolutely love being able to provide and safe and supportive environment for mums to train, alongside other mums and their babies.

 

Strong Women Postnatal sessions are specific to the needs of new mums, including being able to attend with baby and are planned with mums and their recovery in mind.


I’m qualified to support pre and postnatal women with exercise and nutrition, and I plan and coach sessions, which help to rebuild strength, support recovery and day-to-day living, as well as provide women with something that is for them.


The sessions are also in a safe space, where women can feel supported and meet other mums. Being the only people in the gym means babies can also attend the session, so there’s no need to find childcare.

If you have had a baby within the past nine months, Strong With Brydie Postnatal could be for you. 


Strong With Brydie Postnatal sessions are weekly sessions, run in blocks of 6-8 weeks. Sessions are between 60-90 minutes.


The day and time are not publicised to ensure the protection of the women who attend. They will be provided upon request.


Sessions are run at Ford Community Gym, Plymouth 


Strong With Brydie Postnatal sessions are run in blocks of 6-8 weeks with costs between £48-£64. 


From time to time, we are fortunate to receive funding, which allows us to offer the sessions at a subsidised rate. 


Yes, you can. Whilst attending the Postnatal sessions, you can add the Strong Women classes membership (access up to eight women-only classes a week) for £20 a month (instead of £29.99).


I am now taking expressions of interest for Block 5 of Strong With Brydie Postnatal, starting in March 2026.
