Strong with Brydie: Finding what is best for you

Stronger Together

Combining the ethos of Strong Women and Strong Girls, Stronger Together is my strength-focused gym sessions for mothers and daughters to train with one another.


The sessions are coached and focus on learning how to lift safely and to make progress on the exercises they learn. 


Together, mums and their daughters, will be making memories, witnessing and celebrating personal bests and achievements, spending precious time together, becoming physically and mentally stronger, gaining gym confidence and making friends.

Women (18+) and girls between 10-17 years old, who are both interested in taking part in these sessions.


Stronger Together sessions are run as blocks of weekly or fortnightly sessions. 


Days and times are not publicised, they will be provided upon request.


Sessions are run at Ford Community Gym, Plymouth 


Membership for Stronger Together will depend on the length of the block. Please enquire.


I am now taking expressions of interest for our next block of Stronger Together sessions, starting in January 2026.


To join the list, fill out the form below. Please include details of both of you (including your young person’s age), your experience of exercising in or out of a gym (there is no right or wrong answer!), if you have any injuries and/or health-related conditions which may affect your training.
